The Human Resource Department of the Town of Barrington is responsible for all aspects of Personnel Management. Our goal is to provide excellent service to our diverse municipal workforce, departments and the general public. We accomplish this by providing managers with employment services, consultative advice, policy and procedural guidelines, and employee motivation and development tools. For our employees, the HR department provides employee advocacy, benefit issue resolution, equal employment opportunity assurance and skill enhancement training.
